Rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax and inclusive of breakfast.

Remarks:***Minimum stay 5 nights is required during 20.12.2008 - 10.01.2009 ***

Compulsory Gala Dinner:
-New Year Eve on 31.12.2008 is Baht 4,600 & Baht 2,760 per child

Family Plan :
-Children less than 12 years of age sharing room with adults are free of room charge(maximum 1 child per room.Breakfast for children less than 12 years of age is Baht 300 per person
-Free of charge for baby cot
-For saftey reason reservation not accepted for chikdren less than 12 years of age in Pool Villa unless a walver is signed by parents upon checking in.

Airport transfer service:
-Transfer from/to Samui airport is Baht 400 per person per way

Cancelletion & No-show charge Policy:
*Deposit is nonrefundable in Peak Season*
