The Blue Lagoon Hotel as well as its sister Hotel the Beachcomber are located on Chaweng Beach.  Our resort lies at the northern and quieter end of Chaweng, designed especially for those vacationers seeking a unique island experience.

The sister hotel Beachcomber is right in the heart of Chaweng and therefore closer to the largest shopping and entertainment areas in Koh Samui. If you wish to visit our sister Hotel you can do so. We offer a free taxi service between the both hotels from 9.00hrs until 23.00hrs.

PROPERTY
We are a 4-star property that is nestled in a tropical garden between palm trees, lush bushes and flowers. The exotic garden setting is one of our top property assets. It plays an important role in providing a relaxed and casual atmosphere and you will get the impression to live on a paradise island.

You will find a total of 51 superior rooms and 2 Junior Suites in our five 2-storey buildings. If you would like to spend your holiday in a more private way you can also book one of our Deluxe bungalows right next to the beach or pool.

SUPERIOR ROM
All 51 superior rooms are situated in the U-shaped Thai style main buildings around the exotic gardens. They are equipped with Thai style teakwood furniture, one single bed and one double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, IDD telephone, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, free drinking water, hairdryer, safe, umbrella, balcony or terrace. The bathrooms have been renovated with marble and granite and they all content a bathtub. The superior rooms are with garden or pool view.

DELUXE VILLA
Our Deluxe bungalows are larger than the Superior rooms. Each bungalow stands alone and is just a footstep away from the pool and the beach. Their large, private terraces are facing either our big free shape pool or the sea. The bathrooms have been renovated with marble and granite and they are all equipped with a bathtub.  All bungalows feature Thai style teakwood furniture, ceiling fan, remote controlled air-conditioning, tape and CD player, satellite TV, IDD telephone, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, free drinking water, hairdryer, safe, umbrella and bathrobe.

Restaurant Overview Located next to the beach and the pool, the restaurant is open every day from 7.00hrs until 23.00hrs. The day starts with the daily breakfast buffet.  Famous for its variety, you will find many kinds of home made breads, croissants, pastries, fresh juices, egg station, freshly ground coffee and a large variety of tea which will help to start your sunny day in the best manner.  If you feel hungry in the afternoon, there is no need to go very far. Besides the wide variety of our snack menu, you will also find a tempting lunch menu to be enjoyed in the great atmosphere of our new restaurant. The Kantara restaurant is the perfect place to spend a romantic evening. We offer all kinds of International as well as Thai food. Kantara Restaurant Show Time Food Pool Bar and pool area During the pool opening hours, from 8.00hrs to 19.00hrs, we serve light snacks and refreshing drinks even at your deckchair.

Our beach bar is located right on the beach, where we spoil you with tasty snacks and various drinks all day long. When the sun goes down, meet other guests for an aperitif and enjoy the sound of the waves. The Kantara beachfront restaurant was built end of 2004.

Its massive teakwood pillars, the traditional Thai style roof, the overwhelming view and beautiful surroundings are unique on the island.
