The minimum rental period for a private villa is normally one week although for certain villas we accept bookings for less than seven nights. Some villa owners keep valuable personal belongings in their villas, so they usually want to know a little more about those who rent their villa than a hotel would ask. The information requested about your requirements and preferences is also helpful in finding the villa which suits your personal requirements best and will be kept strictly confidential.

Children will be made to feel extremely welcome by Thai people no matter where you go, and they will often go out of their way to help those travelling with children.  You can find everything for your children's dietary or medical needs at the supermarkets and medical facilities throughout the island.

What extras do I pay in a villa?
The only extra expenses you will incur will be use of the telephone (at cost), drinks from the mini-bar and dry cleaning, again at cost. Laundry is done in house free of charge. Generally speaking staying in a villa can save you 60-80% on food and beverages compared to a good hotel where all the extra charges can quickly mount up.
